Fort Point Place
The Fort Point Place Condominiums are located in the South Boston Seaport District, an exciting mixed-use neighborhood approximately 1/2 mile from the Financial District.
This renovation turned two historic brick-and-beam warehouses into 125 residential condominiums ranging in size from 600 to 1,600 square feet. All units are open lofts with exposed masonry walls, hardwood floors, and sandblasted heavy timber beams and columns. Each building also has two commercial units and a parking garage on the ground floor. The brick structures are joined with a distinctive aluminum panel building that houses elevators, utilities and public spaces.
ENA worked on this project as a design consultant to another area architectural firm. We’ve also helped several owners renovate their units.
